I spent a great day at the Academica Conference where there were a number of fantastic takeaways – mostly however I felt I was able to connect with peers, colleagues and competitors was the sense that marketing and communications teams, regardless of what sector of size of shop, resources available, continually meet and most often exceed expectations by continually doing the following:
